the location is excellent for accessing nearby attractions.
i found some aspects disappointing. the room felt dated. there was chipped paint throughout the building. breakfast options were limited.

I received a room upgrade upon arrival. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room felt warm and very comfortable. The hotel offers hassle-free parking and boasts four acres of beautiful gardens.
The service was a little slow during breakfast. It took about 15 minutes to have our order taken.

The staff provided prompt and attentive service. The gardens were very well maintained. The swimming pool and steam room were clean , and I found them very relaxing. I observed that the breakfast service was waiter service only , which I much prefer to a buffet.
I noted that there was no shelf in the shower , , made it a little difficult to manage toiletries.

I got upgraded to a better room and it was wonderful. the staff proved fabulous. i enjoyed the best massage i've ever had in the garden spa. The therapist's name was tracey, and she proved wonderful.
